The basis of DataPlus is that the obtained data is not matched to specific users. So there is nothing to worry about from the point of view of the new legislation, all legal conditions are met and adhered to in DataPlus. DataPlus alone is not a solution to all the consequences of the end of 3rd party cookies, but it will help solve the lack of conversion data that may be decreasing in your advertising accounts due to the changes.
For example, in Google Analytics 4 [GA4] it will help with segmenting users based on common indicators. Sklik, on the other hand, primarily uses third-party cookies for its measurement. Thanks to DataPlus, but even without them, you will see conversions from Sklik in GA4.
It is possible, but we are inclined to deploy DataPlus directly on the website. If Adblock blocks all requests from Google systems, which is becoming increasingly common and likely with the end of 3rd party cookies, it will also limit GTM. And therefore DataPlus.
Deployment is seamless and fast, requiring only one line of code. DataPlus is compatible with most systems – such as Upgates, Shoptet, Shopify and many other commonly available platforms. It also supports your own solutions. You don’t even need a programmer if you have the ability to insert JavaScript directly into the e-shop administration. Just make sure to set up the payment gateway correctly, which determines whether the information will be sent before or after payment.

Server-side tracking only happens on the server, not on the website. Server-side tagging can speed up your website and solve data loss, data measurement is almost 100%, which is essential for optimizing other online campaigns.
Yes, we have implemented this option and the margin can be transferred to Google Analytics 4 if you provide us with the data. In practice, it looks like 2 conversion events will be transferred to you in Google Analytics 4. One classic purchase, where the value of the entire order is, and the second event margin_profit, where the value of the net margin [or another, previously agreed upon value] is.
When the user agrees to the use of cookies via the cookie bar, this allows the storage of the „_ga“ cookie, which serves as a user identifier. At the same time, the measurement codes linked to this cookie are also launched. The user therefore agrees to the use of cookies, and therefore all measurement using cookies is only launched based on his consent.
If a website using our measurement tools is not in compliance with the law and in some way violates legal regulations, the website owner is responsible. This also applies in situations where the cookie bar is incorrectly set on the website and therefore cookie consent is incorrectly granted or if cookies are stored without the user’s consent due to incorrect cookie settings. We are responsible for ensuring that our tools comply with legal regulations.
If the user does not consent to the storage of „_ga“ cookies, we use alternative indicators to identify the user, such as device parameters, screen resolution and user agent. This is not personal data of the user, as it is not possible to identify or trace the user through it. No other information is stored in the user’s browser, and we do not use the IP address for identification. Therefore, we do not need the user’s consent for this.
As DataPlus, we do not store any information directly in the user’s browser, except for the use of the „_ga“ cookie after consent to cookies. This way, we ensure that the user is identified for measurement purposes without intruding on privacy beyond the scope of the consent granted.
